With advanced qualifications as a Registered Advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner and specialized Pancha Karma training, she embodies the authentic practice that defines ethical Ayurvedic care.
Leadership & Ethics Qualifications: Radhika's international training across Fiji, Nepal, and India provides her with deep cultural understanding of traditional Ayurvedic values. Her role in developing certification courses and educational programs demonstrates her commitment to maintaining professional standards and ethical education.
As Director of Samya Ayurveda Inc., Radhika has extensive experience in clinical oversight, practitioner supervision, and maintaining therapeutic standards. Her leadership in establishing and operating Ayurvedic institutions gives her valuable insight into the ethical challenges facing modern practitioners.

Ethics Leadership Background: Her experience as Chief Medical Officer and Director at Diva Ayurveda Hospital in Kerala demonstrates her capability in institutional governance, clinical oversight, and maintaining therapeutic standards across diverse healthcare settings.
Her professional journey spans government Ayurvedic institutions in India and private practice in Canada, providing her with unique insight into ethical considerations across different healthcare systems, regulatory environments, and cultural contexts.
